I have my filter on auto-fill & I always get an email that it is being sent & when it will arrive. I have never had an issue with the filters. I have been very happy with their product.

The Alen purifier has really helped my allergies. I move mine around from room to room during the day since I work from home. It is also very quiet. I ordered refills for my son who has been sick. He thinks they help with his allergies too.
