I have had the A350 for 12 years, and running. Warranty program with subscription was great. But, by the time they adjusted it to limited warranty with subscription, it still holds its value. I even have their newer tower air cleaner with a subscription for filters every 6 months

With the recent wildfires in the west these filters are a must. We have two A375UVs in our house, one on the main level and one on the lower level. The filters are pricey but they are worth it.

Purchased a new Alen purifier after our 17-year-old purifier started to give up the ghost. The new technology and safety on the new purifier is excellent. Would recommend anybody purchase this product. Installation is super-easy. We use ours in our living room. Having a filter subscription makes maintenance a breeze.

Total system does a good job. The filter seems bulky given today's technology - weight and thickness. Does a good job of eliminating odors of various types - burnt food; pancakes; hamburgers; etc. Could be better if made from recycled items or could be recycled.

I have 2 Alen air filters. They have reduced the amount of dust in my home. I am allergic to molds and dust mites. The air filters contribute considerably to reduction of allergy symptoms and asthma
