I've had my air purifier for many years and works beautifully. The automatic refill service works perfectly - I never have to worry if I'll receive it in time. A 5 star company.

Light Cigarette Smoke

Apartment neighbor below me smokes cigarettes in his apartment. I get light second hand smoke smell in my apartment. This filter isn't improving smell at all.

I rescued a dog and my Alen air purifier certainly helps keep my house smelling fresh and clean. I have two, one in living room and one in bedroom and the instant I walk into either room I can tell the difference in the air quality. I love my Alen.

But too expensive for seniors living on a small, fixed income. I just can't replace as often as recommended. Perhaps a senior discount is in order.
