Quiet, reliable and gets the job done!

This machine does what it says it will do. I have had mine for a couple fo years and find it totally reliable. It takes up little space and is quiet and efficient. I always know when to change to filters too! I run it on the second level in our bedroom and even find the purr of the motor acts as a great sound barrier for sleep.
This is a great all purpose machine.

I bought this particular filter to aid in reducing smoke from the CA fires. I put it in as soon as it arrived. The air quality was still rated unsafe but I feel my indoor air quality greatly improved.

We appreciate that our Alen purifier has performed, without fail, 24/7, for over four years. We love that the silver filter addresses all of our filtration concerns, and the auto-delivery plan is so convenient. Now that other purifiers purchased just prior to our Alen purchase have stopped working, we effortlessly move the Alen purifier from room to room for a few days. We are looking forward to researching (during holiday breaks) updates available since our original purchase to prepare to replace the broken purifiers.

My Loyal Companion

I've had the A350 for several years now. It stays feet away from my bed. I love it and could not imagine not having it. I sometimes run it on a higher speed during the day. At night I tone it down, and I can't even hear it. I am sensitive to VOCs, so I upgrade on the filters. Sometimes I call Alen if I wish to get my filter a little earlier. I have not had one single problem with my purifier. And...Customer Service is Fantastic Too!
I am wishing for the new sleek model to put in a larger area. My model is so dependable that I wonder... why try anything else? Who wouldn't want an air purifier from Alen!
