The hepa filter for my Alen 350 is great.Within a short time you feel the difference.We are a family w children that have allergies and asthma.Wouldnt live without my air cleaners.

Great design after 8 years

After nearly a decade of constant use, this purifier is still going strong. I like the ability to clean off the pre-filter that is held on with velcro when it gets too much dust and pet hair stuck to it. I'll keep coming back for these replacement filters until the unit stops working!

Effective product, good investment.

Works great. Quiet on low and moderate speed. We live in the dirtiest city in the world (New Delhi) and to insure our bedroom is clean and healthy for a good night's sleep it is just the trick.I regularly vacuum the prefilter to get longer life from the HEPA. My buddy sells air purifiers, used his air quality tester and demonstrated the Alen's range and output quality and said this is a good unit. Thanks for a good product.

I live in the country an suffer from allergies and asthma. At one point I feared I would have to move but my Alen products are nothing less than superior to anything I had ever used before.Going on 5 years, the customer service is amazing.

Best air Cleaner

I purchased the air purifier to remove allergens,mainly for our two cats. Our son can visit with no major issues. We also have wood stove in the living room. There is now minimal dust in our living room. I've very pleased with our Alen Air Purifier!

When I remove the old filter, I can clearly see how well the air purifier works. I am allergic to dust and mold, so this it great to see.

Outstanding Product

I have been using five Alen A-350 air purifiers in my new construction condominium for over a year with great results. Being new construction, I was concerned about drywall dust, carpet gases, construction odors, etc. and after installing the air purifiers in each room, I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality. The air just smelled fresher.
I am using the level 2 setting and have changed the filters twice in one year. Judging by the dust and dirt on the filters, the purifiers are doing their job.
The build quality is very good and they are simple to operate. Every home should have at least on Alen air purifier especially of you have pets, a smoker or allergy issues.

I have been using two Alen 350's for the last 8 - 10 years. They are amazing. Periodically I take one with me when I travel by car. I use two because of the size of my home. I use one in my bedroom and another just off the main room.
I especially like the automatic renewal for filters so that I do0 not habve to remember to order.
Outstanding service and great products. Never a single propblem with filters or with orders !!!
