odor from filter

I just bought this new HEPA-Pure filter BF15A to replace an older used filter and although it's brand new it seems to have a VOC chemical odor probably from the manufacturing process. It releases into the air as the A350 air purifier unit is running and eventually fills the room with the odor. We've bought other filters before but this is the first time we have had this problem. Instead of cleaning the air it's adding impurities to it. We use it in our kids' room to make sure they're breathing clean air when they play or sleep but with the smell we've been forced to not run it at all. Needless to say we're not happy with our filter purchase.

Was having terrible sinus problems. Ordered 2 - 350 machines and within two hours I could tell a difference. Love the feature of Auto-Ship every six months on the filters. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I get the silver filters and have 3 units. I use the auto ship every 6 months and it works just great for us. The air is always clean and fresh in our house. It makes it an extra pleasure to get home after work after being out in polon and dust.

Exactly what I was looking for

My single, minor complaint is that when I changed the filter, I thought the bars of green, yellow and red lights would light green but after contacting the excellent customer service *Nichole* I was informed that the green light is expected to come on after a month or two of use. Overall, excellent quality and exactly what I thought I was getting as a product.
