I could not have a dog in the house without it.

My ENT MD diagnosed me with a dog allergy 5 days after we brought the dog home. We would not have been able to keep the dog if not for this filter. My replacement filter is delivered to my door every 6 months and it is so easy to change. We are pleased with this quiet machine!

I am on the automatic filter replacement service and I am amazed that just when my filter is in need of replacement a new one arrives in the mail. I never have to take the time to find the address and reorder, it is amazing that it shows up just when I need it. They really know their business.

I purchased this unit about eight years ago and I appreciate being able to breath better because of it. I have indoor and outdoor allergies. The auto-ship filter replacement is great and makes it easy for me to remember to change the filter.

Best Purifiers Ever

We purchased the 3 pack of Alen purifiers 2 years ago and have run them continually. Finally a "Safe Air Zone" for me. I have very bad allergies/asthma and so so need that. Visitors even remark that the air has a fresh smell. In the past have tried other brands that gave no relief, had endless maintenance and hard to find filters. None of that with Alen! Easy all the way with great results. Customer service is always helpful. Setup the automatic delivery and filters arrive on time. EXCELLENT product and EXCELLENT company! Thank you Alen.

Works fine - with a little effort

This replacement filter works ok as long as you can get it to hit the switch correctly. It is not a tight fit so you have to place something under the filter to get it to sit correctly on the switch at the top or it won’t turn on. Took me a couple tries but it has not accidentally switched off yet even when gently moving unit to another room.
