Love my Alen 350

I have year round allergies. My allergist told me to keep my bedroom as "sterile" as possible so that my nasal passages can recover overnight. My dogs are not allowed in my bedroom, there are no carpets or drapes and I dust often. But I still had symptoms and problems getting to sleep.
My husband bought me this air purifier for Christmas and WOW! After running the machine for one day, I crawled into bed and had 99% improved symptoms.
I have owned this for six months now and run it daily. I change the speed depending on the day. If it is windy outside or I'm dusting and cleaning, I turn it up. I clean the front washable filter about once a month and just received my first auto shipped disposable filter. It's obvious that the machine is doing its job as the filter was very dirty.
People have posted reviews that it is loud on higher speeds, but it is simply a fan sound and does not bother me. I actually like the white noise and it helps to mask my husbands snoring. On the lowest speed, it is barely noticeable.

Great filters, super air purifier

I recommend Alen air purifiers and filters to everyone I talk to - friends, coworkers, even the UPS man. I sleep well knowing that I have made the air inside the house better with Alen. My family has been healthier since we began using them a few years ago. Fewer colds and no one has been ill.
I enjoy the automatic filter refill program. I don't need to remember to reorder.

I really like this air purifier.
I do not like the business plan where they send me a new filter without my requesting one. It was a forced purchase by the company.

Ordering replacement filters couldn't be easier!

I purchased the air filter for my parents room. My father was having trouble with allergies and a persistent cough and, even after antibiotics, continued to cough. The air filter seems to have made the difference. Within five days his cough improved and is gone now and he sleeps better. We leave it on 24/7 and it is so quiet there isn't a problem with noise. I am happy we purchased it.

One of many these past 3 or 4 years. Air smells better, less problems with morning allergies. Filter lasts at least 6 months so cost is reasonable. Will continue to use these filters!

I have been using Alan filters for my Alan air purifiers for many years. I find them not only helpful, but necessary and excellent in keeping me healthy. I really appreciate the auto refills; reminders of how much I need them and need to keep them working. It is so easy, dependable and helpful.
