Great Filter

My 350 does a great job filtering the air in our bedroom. Leave it on 24/7 and I am amazed by the amount of dust that collects on the filter when I change it. I change it whenever the A350 says it's time to change it.

Works great. Cuts way down on cat hair and dust. Quiet easy to clean. I use automatic order program for filters so never run out.

Superb product!!!

I have been using two Alen air filters 24/7 since 2010, and each time I change filters, I am always surprised by how much has been removed from the air that I breathe. This is a superior product! I subscribe to the auto-ship of filters which simplifies obtaining replacement filters.

wonderful and helpful for allergies

I recently purchased a replacement filter for my Alen 350 air purifier. I have wall to wall carpeting in my bedroom and I like it. I'm tired of doctors telling me to get rid of my carpeting in order to alleviate my allergy symptoms, This purifier has literally removed the dust trapped in my carpeting and my allergy symptoms have lessened in severity since I started using it. I would definitely recommend this product to any allergy sufferer .

Alen - suoerior product, customer service and warranty

After ordering and receiving a 5-pack of hepa filters, our Alen 375 decided to call it quits after 5 years. Alen sent a couple of suggestions about how to remedy the issue, but neither worked. I didn't expect them to do anything other than say, "Hey, a 5-year run ain't bad." However, a week later a new Alen 375 was delivered to my door. Alen is right up there with L.L. Bean - high quality, outstanding customer help and service, and when they say lifetime guarantee, they mean it.
