New Alen air filter

The filter for our Alena paralda air purifier works very well, but what most impresses me is the quality of the company itself. The customer support they have provided me has been exceptional, to the point of replacing the purifier twice, years after I purchased it and when the problem with it was really not their fault. So I would not purchase another purifier from any other company.

Lots of dust on there when its time to change filters,, so apparently doing the job. Occasionally still have allergies...overall air quality has improved. Convenient auto shipping too

I purchased the Alen Paralda

I purchased the Alen Paralda HEPA- Pure air purifier 3 years ago, it runs twelve hours during the day. I have seasonal allergies, Alen Paralda with the hepa filter keeps dust and pollen that have made life rather miserable with sneezing, coughing much better. Having a Alen air purifier has made a wonderful difference.
