We have multiples of 3 different Alen models.....two of the A350s, which we still love after over 10 years and use also as white noise in the bedrooms at night. I'm so glad they still sell filters for them. I find ours need to be vacuumed after 3 months and replaced after six months. I used to fully replace after 3 mo but realized that was unnecessarily wasteful. Thank you.

The filters are fine. The machine itself is what I want to talk about. Your product is unbelievable I bought two of them in 2015 and they have Ben running seven days a week twenty four hours per day. A little dusting when I change the filter and they are set to go. Nothing lasts seven years with that kind of continued use. Great product great company. They are so quiet I forget they are running. You have a customer for life. Once again what a great product. When I called to set up my automatic delivery it took about five minutes,I actually spoke to a live person without listening to 30 minutes of lousy music and a recording of how important my call is. Thank you for making great products

Filters are Great! Customer Service Not so Much!

I am now on a yearly subscription with you folks where I was promised my price wouldn't go up! I received an invoice for a higher price with the reasoning being that the previous version was discontinued and this was the new improved filter. I DON'T THINK SO! That was not the deal I made with Alen!!! Jamall finally sent me a corrected invoice with the price I was promised, but I had to argue about it! I'm 66 years old and that argument was a total waste of my time. He seemed to think that he was doing me a favor and never did quite understand the problem from a customer's point of view. If I have to argue about this next year, I will cancel and go with another company!
