unit worked fine and as i open my unit to replace the filter, closed it and unit dies.refuse to come back alive.
wish i didn't replace the filter. now unit foes Not work at all !!!@

We bought the Alen A350 quite a few years ago and we still love it. Runs great as it did when it was first purchased. It definitely picks up pet dander. It’s not quiet but that’s our sound machine that helps us get a good nights sleep.

I am very allergic to cats. These filters work amazingly for me. I rarely sneeze around them. The machine is quiet…runs nice and because of the size…fits great in each room.

The filters work great. We have been using them for years. We have a long hair cat that stays in the bedroom where we have the air purifier and it removes the cat hair and dander from her.

Have had 2 alen purifiers for 4 years. They run on low 24/7 . Filters last about 6 to 8 months. Very quiet. Very reliable. Love them.

I bought my air purifier

I bought my air purifier over 15 years ago and it certainly has stood the test of time. To say that I admire this company would be an understatement. Their products are well constructed and long lasting . I appreciate that they still manufacture the filters for my machine, long after they stopped making my model. I highly recommend this company and their products. The customer service is outstanding and their products are made to last.
