Received the filter promptly. I haven’t replace the current filter as it is in very good condition. I order this filter because I live in Oregon and we were in midst of pretty sever fires. Smoke was immensely thick in our area. MY Alen air purifier did an incredible job keeping our home smoke free. I wanted to have this filter as a reserve. Since ordering the fires have subsided but I like the idea of being prepared.

Allen HEPA Filter

I placed the order for 3 HEPA filters. Even though I didn't new model but the Alen website made it simple for me to select the right filter. The delivery was schedule for 5 days but it arrived on the 3rd day. Excellent service and will order from it again.

I live in Portland, OR. I continually suffer from allergy attacks, especially at night when I’m trying to sleep, and in the mornings. So I bought
the Alen Electrostatic Air Cleaner & filter. I’ve used it with an A375 Hepa filter for a number of years, without conclusive effectiveness. I’m now trying it with ab A375 HEPA-Silver filter. I turn is on for the night till I get up. I have only used the new filter for about a week and I have not yet
reached a conclusion.
