ORDERING FILTER, product review

A friend loaned me an Alen Paralda, because I had cigarette smoke gasses coming into my condo from a neighbor. It was very easy to pick the odor control filter that I hope will help, at least in the bedroom and clothes closet. I received the filter within the time frame stated, and it couldn't be easier to install. I believe that after a week, I am smelling improvement in my air quality.

Your filters are not cheap. I am never going to buy another one!
The filter light is red. I bought a filter because the light was red. It was not dirty. I feel I have been scammed.

Hi Merry! Please give our product experts a call at 800-630-2396 and we can chat about the filters. In a nutshell, though, HEPA filters trap microscopic particles that can't always be seen by the naked eye, the filter won't always look dirty even though it's full

I like this air filter very much.Thou I have two cage Parakeets They are constantly shedding their feathers it seems the filter does not filter their feathers which creates alot of dust in the air constantly dusting in the room sneezing more around machine

I was diagnosed with asthma, so I wanted to do everything I could to improve my health. I bought 4 units. It is difficult to tell if the units are helping because I concurrently began medication. However, I have peace of mind that I have covered all my bases. I was concerned about the appearance of the units, but I was pleasantly surprised when I set them up in my home. They do not stand out too much, which is important because I do not want the interior design of my home to be all about air quality.
