Only drawback to this filter

Only drawback to this filter is price. Tried cheaper alternatives and frankly they were not as efficient.

Great product! Very Durable, easy to install and easy to clean. The ordering process was very smooth and easy. Picks up lots of dust particles, which tells me it is working. The air quality has improved much better in my house. I live in a desert climate so this system works well to remove dust particles from the air inside my home. Customer service always picks up the telephone calls and they are very kind, helpful and professional. Thanks!

As an in home childcare facility knowing the air is getting filtered is a relief. We love our Alen BreatheSmart! We were due for a new filter & it was so easy to order, easy installation & back to clean air again!

I sent you an email with concerns about this filter because it’s exactly the same one I had before which I thought did not filter for smoke which was the whole purpose of ordering new filters. I never got a response from you. I suppose I have to call.
