Love love our air purifier!

Love love our air purifier! It’s pretty large, but the sleek design helps it to blend in to the background. It’s a nice white noise to have in the house, and I can feel the air moving- especially when it’s colder… I appreciate the quality- we’ve literally been running ours for a year straight. No problems at all.

I enjoyed the ease of ordering and appreciated the prompt delivery of the filter. There was a difference in the filter compared to the last one I ordered. This one did not have the grey covering on the back of the filter.

I appreciate the fact that I know I'm breathing cleaner air and also love that I seldom have to dust anything in my home --- thus I have more time for things I really enjoy doing such as painting - visiting with friends on the phone instead of dusting items.

We have had the a-350

We have had the a-350 purifier for sevaeral years and run it 24/7 without any problems. Would recomend it to anyone. They would be surprized as we were the first time they took a breath of the cleaner air after a short time after starting it up.

Never requested new filter, but did request to be taken off the auto shop program, but you kept me on it. See above for reaction and actions on my part.

I told one of you people that I did not want auto refill. Than I hot an email that a new filter was being made ready for shipment. I replyed to stop shipment that I did not need a new filter. You sent me one anyway. I haven't checked if it is the correct size, but the box looks small for my unit. When I need a new filter I will open your box to see if it fits my machine. 1
