Satisfaction of the Alen Breathesmart Air Purifier and Filter

My Alen Air Purifier was given to me by a friend who recently relocated.
The purifier needed a new filter, and I did not know what type to purchase.
I called the 800 telephone number and the customer service representative was very professional and helped me to select a filter that would be suitable for my needs.
The order was taken over the phone, and the delivery of the filter was on time as as stated by the customer representative , which was 3-5 business days.
The installation of the filter was easy, and I am presently enjoying the use of this product.
I must also mention that it runs very quietly and does not take up a lot of space.
I cannot comment on the effectiveness of this air purifier because it is too soon to tell.

We purchased our first Breathesmart

We purchased our first Breathesmart air purifier many years ago because my husband had COPD. Having that machine in the living room made it easier for him to breathe. A short time later, we purchased a second one for our bedroom. I have continued using the two machines for myself, as I feel the air is cleaner and more comfortable.
