I love these filters and our purifier. The filter does a great job cleaning the air in the house. Our seasonal allergies are non-existent when using these filters.

The replacement filter arrived on time and was easy to install. I did, however have to do an online search for how to reset the unit to reflect the new filter. It has been working efficiently for over a year now. I am very satisfied with the quality of this air filter.

The Alen is outstanding!

We have had our Alen in two different homes now. In our first home, we had it located in our living room. Allergy seasons in S.W. Florida can be difficult for sufferers. Our home cleared much of that worry away. We are now in rural Colorado, and have located the Arlen in our large bedroom. We called and were able to replace our filter in 3 days with the help of knowledgeable, kind employee who answered the phone. The air is noticeably different than in the rest of the house. We sleep better with no help from antihistamines. Our daughter recommended we get the Alen. She lives in WA State, and loves her Alen too.

Reliable Alen Filters and Air filtration systems.

I recently ordered the Alen Breathesmart Classic True HEPA-Pure Filter: BF35. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Delivery was timely. The Alen family of products work extremely well, reliably capturing dust particles and trapping them in the filters. It's rather amazing how much dust and other material is pulled out of the air and captured on the filter surface. The Alen equipment is easy to maintain. Great product!

I love the Alen purifier and the filter is so easy to replace. I have 2 dogs and when perple with allergies to them come into my house they are fine. A true miracle!!!
