I love my Alen purifier! As soon as the indicator showed I needed a new filter I ordered it on the website. The filter arrived quickly and was simple to install. This product is great - I have 2 and my friends are getting them too. Ok

I am so impressed with the ALEN Breathesmart products. My husband suffers from a variety of health issues & we have found the system to make our bedroom very comfortable in all seasons.
Additionally, I have found the ALEN company to be heads above most regarding customer service. The attention to detail and extra effort to connect personally, is rare and greatly appreciated. It is truly a pleasure to do business with ALEN.

Recycling program

Great service and the website was easy to use so I got the correct filter. I however would recommend that you set up some kind of recycling program for your filters because I will try to find a company that has one and switch and I'm probably not the only business you could lose for the same reason.

This is a very solid filter. Some filters don't have much density, but not this one. I can run the purifier for an hour and walk into the room and feel the difference.
