I love the product but the shipping got complicated by my change of address. I would have liked to a replacement filter be shipped right away with the correct address so that I would have received it faster

BEfore my Alen air filter, I would return from work and experience a stuffy nose and lots of sneezing. Now, I'm happy to report that this happens no more! I have an Alen filter in my great room and I have another in my bedroom. I'm always surprised how dirty the air filter is when it is time to change. Both of my units are very quiet, just a hint of white noise.

My Alen Air Purifiers have been a blessing for me. I've been a customer for 8 years. I have always had fast, dependable delivery of the filters I reorder, (I have two air purifiers). They are the Best!! I recommend them to anyone who needs effective breathing relief.

It really takes the dust

It really takes the dust out of the air. It's helping with my allergies. I sleep better. When I changed the filter I could hardly believe how much dust was on the filter.
