Prompt service when ordering. Real people answer phone. Advice and explanations simple.
Oh. And my allergies are improved. Sometimes my daughter and two granddaughters come over and just sit in the house where I have my Alen running continuously so they can enjoy relief from seasonal pollen and city pollution.

Every filter that I have received puts out a chemical odor. After using the filter for awhile, the whole room has that strange chemical odor. I have tried to work with Alen to resolve this issue, but every filter they send has that odor (some stronger than others).
