It has kept the dust

It has kept the dust down in our house, especially when you live in farm land and have two dogs that go in and out. I love the automatic delivery system, I don't have to worry about tracking how long I have had the filter and when I need to reorder them.

We got the Alen Machines,

We got the Alen Machines, because we live about a mile and half from the Sand Dunes
here in Moses Lake, they help in our Sneezing, not completely, but fewer times.

We run this machine 24-7. Arguably the best machine for people (and pets) with allergies. It also gets rid of mold and toxic fumes which make me sick. I don't ever want to be without my Alen!! A++++++

Pre-filter is different.

I recently replaced the hepa pure filter for my Breathesmart. The pre-filter is not the same as before. It is thicker and more difficult to clean. I had to pry it away form the hepa part of the filter to get it off to clean. I don't like it, but the filter seems to still be doing a great job cleaning the air. Time will tell.
