Filter arrived as promised...fit perfectly....reset the dial, and everything works fine. Suggestion....make sure you order the correct filter for your unit, as my first delivery was for the wrong model..it was my mistake, but be aware, there are several models.

the filters help us deal with allergies, construction dust, and smoke from fires in the area. I'm sad to say I stock up before fire season starts, and it has always been worth it.

We are noticing a significant difference in our air quality with the Alen system. We were very surprised to see what our filters had collected when changing them recently. We could have been breathing that...yikes!!!

My allergies have decreased tremendously since I've had my air purifier...Thank you so much! The amount of Kleenex's I've needed to use has decreased to almost NONE! just amazing because I usually have 3-4 in each pocket at all times.
