My mom lives near a train and would wake up each morning with a film of white all over every surface. This filter has removed that residue and has greatly helped her breathing in her home. Great filter!

Since we received our Hepa-pure filter it has not stopped working and performing perfectly. All we have done is change the filter at the scheduled time and nothing else except plug it in. This is great!

The pro's: Since being operational, I found that the purifier removed a persistent petrochemical odor resulting from our new window installation. However, the special filter designed to do this did not seem to remove the clumps of dusts, mostly in the hallways. So after two months, I pulled the original filter and replaced with a filter designed to collect dust. In the last month, I have noticed very good results.
Con's: I have yet to see the "filter change light advance" to the "order filter" stage. I thought that in the 5 months plus of continuous use that it would be there by now. Also, in an attempt to gauge performance, I periodically pull the cover and check the pre-filter. A number of times, I have noticed dust that accumulates; and I can clean the black pre-filter simply by spray washing and then drying with a blast of hot air from my dehumidifier. It is easily attached to the filter housing with Velcro! Good Design.
Finally, the unit is now on HIGH. I stopped using the AUTO setting since it appears to randomly cycle the processing of air of varying quality. Although you might think that it is difficult to know, I sensed that the cycles repeated in a routine manner suggesting to me that the air is not really that different. So, by keeping it on HIGH I take the psychology issue off the table and assume the unit is doing it's best all the time to collect varying impurity. Hence, there is no sense that there is a slug of contaminated air entering...

Breathe smart

They do what they are designed for. I have two working great for me as I have a dog and cat in the house most of the time. They keep my house breathable and I don’t have to dust often.
They did such a great job for me I got 4 more to put in all the rooms of
my sons house. He’s had allergies and trouble breathing forever. Well he now gets a decent nights sleep and is breathing better.
Anyone that has trouble sleeping needs to have one of these in their bedroom!
