Always get an email from them right around the time the filter light turns red. Runs 24 hrs. a day for over 2 yrs. now.

On replacement filter, I signed

On replacement filter, I signed up for 9 month replacement, lost track of time and called. At this point it was over a year, found out I was set up as 1 year. Makes me wonder if I ever would have received a new filter.

Alen Classic Hepa Filter Perdormance

I purchased Alen several purchased several Alen BreatheSmart Air Purifiers 10 years ago because of allergies, sinus infections, etc. Since using Classic Hepa Filters, my overall health has improved significantly. And my two cats are healthier as a result too! Although these filters are designed to last 9-12 months, my experience, for maximum effectiveness, is to replace the filters every 4-6 months - even with regular filter vacuuming schedule.

It shows how extremely well the filter works. When it was time for replacement, the old filter was pulled out. It was very dirty and dusty. Thanks again for cleaning the air space.

I am a combat disable veteran with servere lung problems. Since getting several of the Alen products I have bees having less lung issues because how clean my house air is.

The attached photo and video are from several months of use, so it is not a brand new filter. You can see how much the filter is trapping. I can rest assured, knowing that my purifier is doing the hard work of capturing pathogens in my house
