Not quite satisfied

The filter was quite expensive...it cost a fifth of what the unit cost. The light for filter stayed on after changing filters...dont know what that means or how to turn off and a phone call requires a 25 minute wait....if you can call me, i can rectify this situation.

Love my Alen purifiers & filters! Keeps the dust to a minimum. I have 2 Alen purifiers. They do a great job at keeping odors, dust & allergens down.

This filter, and the unit

This filter, and the unit that drives it do a terriific job of keeping the air pretty dust free in our condo sitting room, which is prone to continual fine dust from the neighborhood. Now if only we could get rid of the metallic noise coming from the motor - maybe it needs a little lubrication! As usual, we make our comment thatthe replacement filters are priced too high.

Great delivery and installation

The air filters were delivered on time and in good condition. My account is set up so that I have regular delivery of my filters when I need them. On the last scheduled delivery, I did not resupply and was able easily to adjust the delivery date. The air filters are easy to install and in the air filtration system and are very reliable.

I have owned a Paralda Air Filter for around twenty years. I have always considered it a necessity. I have used all three types of filters offered for the unit and found each to satisfy with the discription. I'll continue use ... forever or later, whichever comes first!
