I have been dealing with Alen for quite some time, Tey are a pleasure to deal with they have fast on time service & a pleasure to purchase from . When I first bought my air hepa purifying machine they were very knowledgeable I’ve had my Paralda machine for sometime & it makes a big difference in the air quality in my house. As far as ordering replacement filters. It’s a breeze. Easy ordering and I receive it in just a matter of Days. A pleasure to deal with this Company. I give them 5 Stars

We have used this air purifier for several years. We have a dog, grandchildren and lots of traffic in the house. It does a great job of filtering out odor and allergens!

Well done, decent bang for your buck

The filter works well, it take some time to truly rid any smells or dander but overall does a good job. It does help a lot with the light smoke to improve the air quality, but works best in a small room setting. The unfortunate part about the unit is the noise level. Very loud on full blast but quiet on the lowest setting. Just gotta find that in between level depending on the dbs you want
