When you buy a product, you want it to do what the company says it will do. We have 2 cats, one which sheds lots of hair. We have a 375 unit in the living room and a Paralda in the bedroom. They just work as advertised. It's a pleasure.

I ordered the silver filter,

I ordered the silver filter, but your design change or whatever where there is only white filter and no dark charcoal layer really worried me. I am not convinced that they are the quality I was receiving with the prior model. Also, some sort of a warning that the design has changed would be nice, from a consumer who loved your quality. Thanks.

helps our entire family to feel like we are living dust free. So easy to move room to room as needed. Reallly collects dust, especially on those windy days. We never want to be without it. A great investment.
