I really get congested during

My house is very dusty,

My house is very dusty, and the configuration of my HVAC system does not allow a whole-house filtering system. This filter is the next-best thing I have found. my main concern is particulates, and this filter does a good job of filtering them out. After replacing the filter and checking after a few days, it is concerning to see what we would be breathing!

I can’t say enough good about this company. I’ve had my air cleaner for years. It works just as well as when I took it out of the box and I’m so thankful they still have the filters..

Wrong size provided in filter specs.

I was hesitant to order this filter because the size stated was bigger than my present filter measurements of 15 1/4 inch by 12 5/8 inch by 1 1/2 inch. and therefore would not fit.
Here is a quote direct from you people, “ As last mentioned, we do not have filters the size that you are measuring. The measurements are going to be to the whole number. For the A350, the filters are measuring at 13 x 2 x 16”.
This is FALSE that is the measurement of the shipping box! Please explain to me if you would when ask for the size of the filter you provide the size of the shipping box? That makes no sense whatsoever and is a disservice and disrespectful of your customers. Don’t you think?
I looked for 3 days trying to find the filter you told me did not exist. You people do not know your filters very well. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth toward ALEN. Hope you fix your filter size information. Will you?

Good product, high price replacement fliters

The filters are great as I run them (have multiple) 24 x 7. I'd rate this higher except for the price of each replacement filter seems to be way out of line, even with the slight discount (?) with auto renew for the lifetime warranty. I have both the Alen A350 (2) and the Alen BreathSmart 45i (2) and both filters are $$$

Replacing my miss order.

This filter fits perfectly and appears to remove the most dust dust from my home. In receiving the new filter. I can definitely see the dirt and feel the difference in weight of the two filters.
