I thought the replacement filter

I thought the replacement filter ordered was the same type that was in the machine, but it wasn't. The one ordered didn't have the charcoal on the back side. Disappointed

They are just the best.

They are just the best. Easy to install. I have never had any trouble with the machine. It runs pretty much all the time. I have COPD, asthma and environmental allergies. Helps a great deal. Especially during fire season (MT)

Great Hepa filters that last

Great Hepa filters that last for at least 9 months. I have several of the A350 units still operating for the last 14 years. The other A350 units have been replaced with the BreatheSmart Flex units. Alen sells quality units that you will not find in the big box stores.

Our air filter cleaned up

Our air filter cleaned up the air in our home even though the smoky outside air was rated as unhealthy. The air was not only clean on the main floor of our home where the filter is located but also in our basement by air being recirculated throughout the house by our furnace. Great addition to our home.
