I have one complaint.
Filter subscriptions can be managed and adjusted by customers. However, your website does not allow one to set a time frame beyond 12 months for filter renewals. A person must call in and speak with a Representative to get filter subscriptions set longer than 12 months.
That should be fixed.

Alen HEPA filters are great!

I've had my Alen air purifier for many years. With my year-round allergies, I keep it running all the time in my bedroom. The filters do a great job of trapping dust and allergens.

Great filter for any room

A truly excellent filter that lasts me 6 months at a time. The air quality in my bedroom is fresh and pure because of this filter. I keep it on low speed in the day time and move it up to number 3 for night time. It provides a great white noise helping me fall asleep while keeping the air perfectly clean.

We love our Alen products. Their air purifiers are quality constructed. We haven't had do do anything but order replacement filters. When we purchase another purifier, it will be an Alen product. Karen and Tom
