I received my my filter from Alen promptly. I have been using the A350 HEPA for years. Much less dust accumulation, very quiet on low setting and it also functions as a perfect white noise machine on higher settings.

Of course the charcoal filter would be a plus and a rating of five stars would equal that. I spoke on the phone with a very good sales woman unfortunately I do not know her name but she was very helpful in making sure I got the right filter.

These filters definitely clean dust,

These filters definitely clean dust, dog hair and other things from the air. I’ve had the Alen 350 (2of them) for many years and they are still working perfectly. My allergist recommended them.

I'm always impressed by the service I receive on the phone; everyone I've spoken with has been very friendly and helpful. They always answer my questions patiently and thoroughly. I'm happy with the the way things are packaged, and I thank you very much for the Christmas card and face mask that came with the air filter! The delivery time is usually very quick (I'm in Houston, and the company is in Austin, that has something to do with it!). Thanks for everything!
