I love my Alen Air Filter. I even love the soft white noise and the cute face like lights at night. from the green and red lights indicating uv protection and fragrance free air. We have a very dusty house and moldy too, the two things I am allergic too. I get my filters replaced more frequently, three times a year. The dust is disgusting --- it makes lines almost like a beehive and I just marvel that so much dust has been collected.
I use a mask to change the filters - but it is super simple with the tabs on the ends. I also vacuum the filter at times and it maintains its strength and durability.

The air purifier was a gift several years ago...(4 huge dogs romping in and out of the house!) Finally decided to replace the filter and it's been great from the beginning of my ordering to the arrival only a couple of days afterwards. The company was so professional just as the purifier has been, too. THANKS!

We love the Alen HEPA-OdorCell Filter for the A350. We run it continuously in the small room where the pup sleeps. There are no doggy odors and the clean fresh air is almost palpable! Oh! and the automatic delivery program for the filters make it so easy remember to change the filters. I highly recommend Alen systems

Rest easy with clean air

I have had other air purifiers but my investment in an Alen was the best thing I have ever done to attain clean, fresh air. I have had it for several years and it still operates like it is new. You can barely hear it on the two lower settings. One way I know how good it works is how seldom I have to clean the paddles on the ceiling fan. I don't have any medical breathing conditions but I think everyone is better for having clean air to breathe and Alen does it best.

I have used various of your air purifiers for the past few years. I recommend them without reservation to all who suffer from life's many allergies. . . . and I know I'm not supposed to say this, but the after-sales support is equally laudible
