I really like this air purifier.
I do not like the business plan where they send me a new filter without my requesting one. It was a forced purchase by the company.
I have not used the new filter yet.

Superb Allergy Relief

I have had an Alen 350 for a few years ago and have only good things to say about it. It's easy to operate and clean. It does a superb job of cleaning the air in our condo. I have asthma and allergies, and it's such a joy with the relief it brings to me. I .highly recommend this product

Automatic shipping

I love my air filters and the automatic shipping option works wonderful for my busy lifestyle. I never have to worry if it is time I just receive and replace my filters. I have had my three units for 5 years and have had no trouble out of them and I run them 24/7. I just bought a dehumidifier and have had it for six months and it had worked wonderful as well. I love Alen products !!!

This product really makes a difference .

Our Alen A350 is in constant use in our bedroom. When it was inadvertantly turned off for a couple of days we really noticed a difference in our ease of breathing... one of those things you don't think about until it's gone !
