Great customer service. I’ve had my Alden unit in my bedroom for over 5 years. It continues to do an excellent job. If the unit shuts off due to to a power surge or outing and i don’t happen to notice right away, I can tell as I wake up with a stuffy head. The unit also reduces dust. My significant other is a smoker, never in the house but the smoke lingers on his clothing. My unit is great for filtering the second hand smoke.

We have been pleased with this machine for years!!! Only downside is being on limited retirement income it is getting harder and harder to afford the cost.

Not Super Happy w/ Filter Life

We love Alen - have purchased 8 of their purifier units beginning in 2010. But I feel like the filters last nowhere near as long as they are "supposed to", per the literature. We vacuum them at 3 mo....it helps a little but they're certainly not back to "new"freshness. Then we have to change at 6 mo. I read they're supposed to last 9 to 18 mo. Not sure what we're doing wrong but they're pretty expensive and with so many units changing them that frequently seriously adds up :-(
