I live in the country an suffer from allergies and asthma. At one point I feared I would have to move but my Alen products are nothing less than superior to anything I had ever used before.Going on 5 years, the customer service is amazing.

ALEN Pure Air Filter HEPA-Silver

We have bought ALEN Filters for at least 17 years because of their fine reputation for quality. We have felt safe in our home breathing the purified air from our ALEN 350 HEPA Air Purifier and have enjoyed less problems with asthma throughout all these years because of the ALEN Air Purifier. We just recently purchased a later model this last year to set upstairs in our home. We would not think of going without our air purifiers from ALEN, EVER. We recommend this marvelous product for taking care of your lungs so well!

Air Filter for Alen Air Filter

I love my Alen Air Filter. I even love the soft white noise and the cute face like lights at night. from the green and red lights indicating uv protection and fragrance free air. We have a very dusty house and moldy too, the two things I am allergic too. I get my filters replaced more frequently, three times a year. The dust is disgusting --- it makes lines almost like a beehive and I just marvel that so much dust has been collected.
I use a mask to change the filters - but it is super simple with the tabs on the ends. I also vacuum the filter at times and it maintains its strength and durability.

The air purifier was a gift several years ago...(4 huge dogs romping in and out of the house!) Finally decided to replace the filter and it's been great from the beginning of my ordering to the arrival only a couple of days afterwards. The company was so professional just as the purifier has been, too. THANKS!
