Simply The Best!

Just when I thought I couldn't be any happier with my BreatheSmart purifier, I received the new 75i, and it is absolutely fantastic! Even quieter and more responsive to air quality changes. Highly recommend! - Dr. B.

the air filters

We have 2 of these air purifiers. We run are daycare out of our house and these make it so that when people come into the home they ask that "This is a daycare?" there is no smell in our house but good air.

Pils?....What pills?

I have had two units for nearly a year. My wife constantly lived off of two allergy medications. With constant pollen, dust, and two dogs she needed it.
After doing 5 days of research I ordered my Alen air purifiers.
For 9 months wife has not taken her medication. We love the purifiers and the timely autoshipment of filters.

The yellow signal seems to be on more than I would like; will high humidity impact the sensors?

Hi Lora! It's possible that humidity could affect the sensor, but it's terribly likely. We do see that the units are yellow to red pretty often for the first month or so of use. We're more than happy to discuss your specific concerns, please feel free to give us a call at 800-630-2396!

We have two units from Alen and have been most appreciative of the work that they do. Allergies are part of our house and we believe that the units help to alleviate the severity. We will recommend the product, the service, and the company. That there are alternatives and focuses for the different filters has been helpful.

Only lasted a few weeks

Bought the more expensive hepa odor cell filter. It lasted a few weeks before the purifier showed the filter was used up. Other filters lasted much longer. An expensive filter should not wear out in a few weeks.

Hi Christian! The filter definitely should last more than a few weeks! Did you make sure to reset that filter life when you put the new filter in? Unfortunatley, the machines aren't smart enough to know that there's a new filter installed, so every time you put a new one in, you've for to press and hold the Filter button for 10-15 seconds so that it "resets". Even Better

I have previously purchased the filter just below the Breathesmart Odor/cell, but with having to add 2 cats to my household, I decided to try the Breathesmart to see if it was better --- IT is better. I noticed a real difference almost immediately. The other filters I had previously purchased were good for eliminating just the dog odor and dander, but they were not able to keep up with the dog and the 2 cats. These new ones made the difference.
