Not worth the money

Our Alen Breathsmart Classic HEPA filters last about 3-7 days before they turn yellow or red. This doesn’t seem right. Very disappointed as the air purifier is self was not inexpensive. We have owned it for several years.

As an in home childcare facility knowing the air is getting filtered is a relief. We love our Alen BreatheSmart! We were due for a new filter & it was so easy to order, easy installation & back to clean air again!

I sent you an email with concerns about this filter because it’s exactly the same one I had before which I thought did not filter for smoke which was the whole purpose of ordering new filters. I never got a response from you. I suppose I have to call.
