Dear Sirs, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment. I've been a Alen customer for a long time. The filter I most recently received was a great disappointment. The filter had some fragrance which caused me to have a severe allergic reaction which necessitated a doctors visit and prescriptions for an antibiotic and prednisone. I am extremely allergic to some fragrances. Your customer service people were very accommodating and quickly offered to replace the filter. I hope the replacement does not have the fragrance.

Live Smart

Suffered in Austin area with mold allergy. Went home to visit and all problems dissipated. After returning, I came down with worse case than in my years of living here. Funny how we will spend money readily and our entertainment, phones, yet allow our health to be less than. That was it for me. This filter is quiet, smart looking (Black Safari), rids home of odors quickly and helps with dust. Like the auto setting, as it will do what is required for the surrounding situation, such as cooking. Was explained to me how they truly worked via square footage, much different than I surmised. Hence this larger model. I also purchased the T500 for my bedroom, which helps, but still have a little stuffiness in the morning until I come down where my larger unit is. Excellent purchases for a more quality life.

Allen Breathsmart is Good Buy

This Air Purifier looks great, is Quiet (very little noise), and is efficient in cleaning air. We initially purchased when living upstairs during our house rebuild after Hurricane Harvey; the air was extremely unclean with Sheetrock, wood dust & paint fumes; it would look like snow with all the Sheetrock dust upstairs, the filter lasted 8mo in the filth. The controls show if air is dirty or clean. Since moving back downstairs we keep the purifier plugged in our bedroom and it helps do decrease my sleep sinus issues. We think the filter will last 16months in a nonConstruction house. We are happy we purchased this air purifier.
