Every filter that I have received puts out a chemical odor. After using the filter for awhile, the whole room has that strange chemical odor. I have tried to work with Alen to resolve this issue, but every filter they send has that odor (some stronger than others).

I was very impressed with the customer service. I live in a new construction and the dust is very bad. I had to dust the surfaces
