I love that I can put the product on auto and forget about it. It does it's job well. I no longer smell the guinea pigs when entering the house! It's attractive and super easy to set up.

We have pets and kids running around the house. One family member has asthma. The Alen purifier is first in class ... from its appearance to its air purifying abilities we are loyal Alen fans. With its lifetime guarantee we were comfortable in paying a premium price for the product. It delivers!!!

I needed new filters to

I needed new filters to replace ones about 6 months old. We have multiple cats and asthma sufferers, not a good combo. Asked online about the filter I needed, ordered quickly with no fuss. They arrived within a few days. Replacing them was SO easy. Good website, customer service, and product. Highly recommend!!

I bought my first replacement filter a few weeks ago after having my unit for a couple years. Yes, years. And it sat in the box for a couple weeks. After much procrastination I decided to replace the original filter. It was way over due. I waited because I have another expensive filter system by another company upstairs and it is good, but replacing the filters is a bit involved. Just takes time. The Alen so easy Im thinking about getting another one to replace the different one upstairs. Replacing the Alen filter was as simple as remove the old and insert the new. I also cleaned the sensor and wiped down any dust I found in the unit. (not much) Some air purifiers tell you to wash and dry one of the filters, replace the other etc. which I guess can save on cost by reusing, but trust me, go with the Alen and when it is time, just buy a new filter and throw the old one away. You will be more inclined to replace it when it is that much easier. And, it is two filters but they are stuck together so it seems like its just one thick one. Easy. Also, read the instructions. It tells you to have a bag ready to put the old filter in so the dust doesnt go back into the room. Man are they right. My filter was so filthy I was amazed at what it picked up. Yes I waited too long to replace it, but the unit was still effective at cleaning the air so I didnt think it was an urgent need, but with the new filter in place, wow, it is much much better. I will probably buy another filter just to have on hand so when this one gets full, I wont have to wait. Great product, Im very satisfied. These units and filters are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Seriously. You can go to a big box store and get an "air purifier" for less, but you will be throwing your money away because I've bought them. About me, Im not wealthy, been doing side hustles to try to make ends meet, so, its not like these are appliances for the wealthy. If you want to clean your air, this will do it.

The filter I removed was choked with dust, hair, feathers (and no, I don’t live on a farm, they’re from my down comforter/coats), and lint.

Fast Shipping, Easy instalment! I get the shipment in the third day, and I take off the filter to apply the new one on my air purifier. Just take one minute to finish those. Quick assemble, user friendly. But the only issue is that the sound is little loud as I expected.

Helps control odor
