We like this filer, but we still have dust!

We have 2 BreatheSmart FLEX HELA Air units and use them 24 hours daily, but the dust still comes with no pets or kids to cause this. We do like the equipment and feel better with them, but wish we could have less dust.

Excellent product!

We bought the BreatheSmart air purifier to help with my wife's bronchial problems. We live in the country, surrounded by orchards and farmers, so the air is always very dirty. We are using the BreatheSmart in our bedroom, and it gives my wife a great retreat to get out of the dusty air in the remainder of the house. This unit works great! We don't see any dust buildup at all in the bedroom, and the unit is very quiet. We're now thinking of putting these in the entire house. We love it!

I have been using these filters for years and it has really helped my lungs. The one thing I do is vacuum the front of the filter once a month and then change it out every six months. I would recommend this product to everyone!!!!

Replacement Unit after 6 yrs

WOW. The unit is worth the money for the fact that they really do replace the unit for life. Unit was no longer running quit. The Customer Service representative did not try and make me go through hoops or delay they discussed the issue and 1,2,3, the new unit was replaced. Whole process took less then 15 min “because u have to email photos of the back of the unit serial number....”. And in less then a week I had a unit. Not even a gimmick where you have to pay crazy shipping and handling. If this isn’t enough the quality of the unit is second to none. Keeps my city apartment so clean that all my friends with cat allergies can’t believe they can spend time in my apartment without an allergic reaction from my two cats. The initial investment is more then worth it.

air purifier and filter do an outatanding job

Bought this to try to alleviate coughing and congestion from allergins and dog hair and dander. Almost immediately saw a positive difference in my breathing problems. its amazing to see how much dust and dog hair accumulates on the prefilter. I have to clean it every three or four days.

Our family is very pleased with our Alen Corp. air purifiers. We have 6 air purifiers in our house. We have noticed that the purifiers do their jobs well. With three cats in the house and two family members with asthma, we searched for the right air purifiers to clean the air so we could keep our cats. Thank you Alen Corp.
