My wife has breathing allergies

My wife has breathing allergies and this filter really helps. We use it full time during cold weather when the house is closed up, and part-time the rest of the year as required. The filter normally lasts about 12-15 months before the change filter light comes on.

Great return policy. I ordered

Great return policy. I ordered the wrong filter. I have a Fit50 and didn't realize that I ordered the bigger filter. Alen should create an account for each customer (as they will obviously be returning for more filters) and should give you the recommended filters based on your previously purchased model and your preferences. This would cut down on the confusion and create a seamless process. I do like that they corrected the issue without having me to pay for the mistake. Great customer service, and that is why I'll be sticking with Alen for my future air purification needs!

Ihalve a Doberman and a Standard Poodle who bring in lots of dust by shaking and leaves and such. These Alen air purifiers have been a saving grace to me. Although I have bought the bigger ones for my home which is 1800 sq. Feet. I have3 of themto keep ups with the dust and such.
