Clean air filter

I’ve had my Alen Breathesmart air filter for about 2 yrs now and love it! Allergies run in my family and we benefit from the clean air it provides us in our home. I like the silver filter because it filters out the air particles, dust, and dander from our dog. We’ve been very pleased with this air filter and highly recommend it!

Filter arrived promptly and was well packaged. Filter removes smoke orders from our apartment that come from our neighbor. Would be lost without the Breathsmart and filter.

I own 2 units, great room and bedroom. Both units are near silent at lowest level and work well for me. They collect lots of dust and cat hair, not 100%, but only a vacumn on the cat's tail could get it all. :-)

Odor cell filters

We have 2 smokers,3 dogs, 7 cats, people come in our house and ask if we still have all our animals! We have 2 of these air purifiers running 24/7 in our living space. They are great, for my needs

We have two purifiers. One in the bedroom and one in our living room. They are quiet and very efficient. Helps with our allergies. We have a dog and our house does not smell like we have one. Very happy and would recommend this product.

My wife has breathing allergies

My wife has breathing allergies and this filter really helps. We use it full time during cold weather when the house is closed up, and part-time the rest of the year as required. The filter normally lasts about 12-15 months before the change filter light comes on.

Great return policy. I ordered

Great return policy. I ordered the wrong filter. I have a Fit50 and didn't realize that I ordered the bigger filter. Alen should create an account for each customer (as they will obviously be returning for more filters) and should give you the recommended filters based on your previously purchased model and your preferences. This would cut down on the confusion and create a seamless process. I do like that they corrected the issue without having me to pay for the mistake. Great customer service, and that is why I'll be sticking with Alen for my future air purification needs!
