Great filter when New and we can tell when it needs to be changed. Air does not smell fresh but it still keeps cleaning but the charcoal for odors starts not to work after 4 to5 months

I have asthma and this Alen pure air has helped me to sleep a lot better… I have it on all day in the lowest speed, and the filter lasted 1 yr… PERFECT

We run this machine 24-7. Arguably the best machine for people (and pets) with allergies. It also gets rid of mold and toxic fumes which make me sick. I don't ever want to be without my Alen!! A++++++

Asthma

Recently purchased a third Alen air purifier for my bedroom. I suffer from asthma and we have an indoor wood burner and a dog. Our first Alen takes care of the main part of our house, but I was waking up with a stuffy nose every morning, so I got one for my bedroom and now No More Stuffy Nose! The filters seem a little pricey, but I’ve discovered you get what you pay for.

We like this filer, but we still have dust!

We have 2 BreatheSmart FLEX HELA Air units and use them 24 hours daily, but the dust still comes with no pets or kids to cause this. We do like the equipment and feel better with them, but wish we could have less dust.
