I’ve actually had trouble using

I’ve actually had trouble using the site previously but it was somewhat easier this time. I was glad to see that more than one of the carbon filters are now included. It was a real pain to have to keep washing the single one before. Filters are still prohibitively expensive which would stop me from buying another Alen air purifier.

I am rating Alen five stars because of the service I received when my BreathSmart air purifier failed. They sent me simple instructions for verifying the unit that failed. When they received my verification, they promptly shipped me a new unit. One cannot ask for better service than that.

We own 3 Alen filter systems, and we couldn't be more pleased with the safe feeling they provide, knowing that our environment is at its optimum. My wife has respiratory issues, and having clean air is essential to her health and peace of mind.

The air filtration system we have in our home allows me a place to breathe well during the worst pollen and allergy season. We have created, with your system, a perfect environment when the outside world isn’t cooperating!

I love the quiet noise

I love the quiet noise it makes. My husband has breathing problems. I put it in our bedroom about an hour before bed and turn it on. During the day I put it in the living rom it has wheels so it is easy to roll around. To change the filter, just lift the front off, pull the old filter out and set the new in.

I have asthma and my husband copd. Since using our Purifier the air is so much fresher. I do not have to dust s often either. I am thinking of getting another one for our bedroom.
