Great filter

I've been using my Alen air filter for a couple of years now and have been really impressed. I have indoor kitties, and also live in an area where there is a lot of smoke in the air in the wintertime. I appreciate the improved air quality from this filter.

Alen Breathesmart Hepa-Silver Filter

I bought a New filter to replace the old one. The Green light that was on turned orange and when I put the new filter in it's still orange. I really don't know what to do. Please help me out here. Thank You...Frances H. Allen

I can breathe!

I own 7 Alen units. Yes, I live in the desert and have asthma and allergies (bummer). The A350 and newer model Breathe Smart units have allowed me to live comfortably in my very large home. I change the filters every 6 months and clean the pre filters monthly. It's a dusty world I live in. Short of getting a divorce after 42 years, Alen has truly saved my health and comfort. Couldn't live without them.

Order of Filter for Breathsmart

Dear Sirs, Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment. I've been a Alen customer for a long time. The filter I most recently received was a great disappointment. The filter had some fragrance which caused me to have a severe allergic reaction which necessitated a doctors visit and prescriptions for an antibiotic and prednisone. I am extremely allergic to some fragrances. Your customer service people were very accommodating and quickly offered to replace the filter. I hope the replacement does not have the fragrance.

Exceptional air purifier

I have had the Alen Breathe Smart for about 1 year and just ordered my first set of replacement filters. I have severe allergies and run the purifier 24/7. It is an exceptional product and does everything it says. I have researched air purifiers extensively and this is the best. I will be purchasing another one soon.
