Ordering the HEPA filter was easy. They arrived pretty quick too. I love my ALEN pure air filter and how clean breathing and smelling the air is in my home. It sounds weird but honestly, it's true.

Honestly these things are magnificent. I don’t have problems with mold now. There’s a ton of construction across the street and it is throwing up a lot of dust. Even still, we are not having a problem in our house with it.

I must say I have been happy with my Alen Breathesmart unit and both of my Alen T500’s. These units run 24/7,for over 3 yrs without any problems, just replace filters when called for. It’s nice to have clean air and the security of knowing it helps with pandemic!!! Thanks Dennis Kenny
