Design of the TV is stellar. The smart hub is genius. I never knew what I was missing out on until I got this set. The only thing that I would complain about is the remote. I have to continually pair the remote with the TV. Other than that it is great. The 3D is amazing!
Pros: Bright display, 3d
Cons: remote has to be paired often

So far this TV is working great, i am concerned about the reviews that mention screen peel and black issues, but so far my set looks great and is performing great. The colors are so much better than what i was used to on my old RSP TV.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Great TV; Poor User Manual Support

I've had this TV for 2 weeks and upgraded from a 58" plasma so familiar with many of the functions and connections. First off this tv is absolutely gorgeous and picture quality is fantastic! As a longtime Samsung tv owner, this my first smart tv with 3D and it does not disappoint. However, I am very unhappy with the quality of the user manual info and the tv's E-Manual is just as disappointing. I am especially unhappy that my connections on the 58" plasma do not seamlessly work with this tv. I spent waaaayyy too much time getting the connections working the way I need them to make the surround sound experience the way it should and did with my older Samsung hdtv. The supplied user manual is a pitiful waste of paper and nearly useless in terms on connecting the tv to different devices. The e-manual is not much better. There is no manual for the Qwerty remote to assist with the basic functions so it's more wasted time figuring it out. Lastly, no 3D glasses come with the tv so ensure you purchase a good set that works with Samsung. To summarize, tv is great, support lacking.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight, beautiful design, qwerty remote, darks are incredible
Cons: woeful user manual info, connections are not seamless between hdtvs

Great Value for a 3D System

Worked great out of the box. Easy set up.
Wish the remote has a timer or sleep function would make it easy to set.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color

Picture is awesome. TV has great features, and I'm planning on buying a second one for the bedroom.
3D is cool, but we don't use it.
Biggest negative is my remote batteries wear out in a week. I think it must be a bad unit.

The colors on this plasma are so crisp, clean, and fruitful.
I read one of the review that said the TV was way to heavy for the base. Yes, this is true, When purchasing the plasma

I truly do like this TV. When done combing my Samsung HT-D6730W Blu-ray Home Theater System 1300W. It should keep the (Lady bug look a likes) off the house.
