Excellent BUT sound @ other end= Chipmunk voices

Excellent concept and nice design. However, the sound at the other end is Chimpunk voices... makes it unusable.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well on 2010 series TV too

I was concerned that this product would not work with my 2010 C series TV (55unc800) but it works fine if you have latest firmware in the device *and* tv.
Picture quality is fine, not great. I suspect it works better on 2011 D series.
It is expensive, but I am impressed by the sound pickup. Although it is operating in a large room, the people on the other side of Skype seem to have no problem understanding. I think this is was you are paying for.
I would recommend this to a friend!
